Summary
After much soul searching William decides to accept a job in France.
After setting up home across the Channel; the three series chart a whole new chapter of misadventure as the Fields try to breach the language barrier and adapt to the strange customs of their adopted home.

DVD Review – I’d forgotten how good this series was, domestic sitcom at it’s best. Always felt and still do that French Fields was better than fresh, just the way the writers deal with the language and cultural difficulties William and Hester encounter is brilliantly played out . Highly recommended 8/10. – 2011
