Win A Copy Of Some Classic Hancock Scripts Signed By Ray Galton and Alan Simpson!

Due to popular demand we’ve extended the competition deadline to Friday 1st April

This year marks 60 years since Tony Hancock first appeared on TV screens.  As part of our own celebrations we’re offering readers of this site a chance to win a very special prize that you won’t find in the shops.

A copy of some classic Hancock scripts together with images from the show and an interview with the scriptwriters themselves.  However this particular book has been supplied to us by Tessa Le Bars (Galton and Simpson’s Agent and Personal Manager) and she has kindly had it signed for us by Ray Galton and Alan Simpson.

All you have to do is answer a simple question.  In 2014 we marked the 60th anniversary of the very first Hancock’s Half Hour on BBC Radio by speaking to the legendary writers.  They told us all about their remarkable success and how they first met Tony Hancock.

Queston: When was the first time (name of the show) Galton and Simpson wrote for Tony Hancock? (Clue the answer is in their interview)
