Hancock’s Half Hour, The Alpine Holiday, 1957

The first episode of series two sees a change of cast.  Sid James featured in the Hancock’s Half Hour TV series but is absent in this episode.

Instead Hancock shares a room with Kenneth Williams in full’ Snide’ voice.  Comedy greats June Whitfield and Liz Frazer also appear and watch out for a cameo appearance from Bill Kerr.


The lad decides to take a holiday and after an eventful flight has to share his hotel room with a yodeller and Alpine Horn player.
