Following on from the success of their sell out o2 reunion shows, the last we heard from the Pythons was that this would be the last.  However  Terry Gilliam reveals the success has “reinvigorated the brand” and so the five-piece will have a meeting next month (Dec 14) to see how they can continue the Monty Python name.

Gillam told The Sun newspaper  “At a gathering in December we’ll talk of what we might do. There have always been talks about trying to do a musical of (their 1979 film) Life of Brian.”

Monty Python musicals of course are nothing new with Spamalot already a huge success based around the Holy Grail film.
