Now – Something Else, 1986
Impressionist Rory Bremner had first come to prominence in 1985 with the release of the hit single, “N-N-Nineteen Not Out” (released under the name of the Commentators). He would continue working on shows such as Spitting Image, And There’s More and The Week Ending. However, in 1986 he finally got his own show.
“Now -Something Else” made it’s debut on BBC 2 and ran for 2 series of 6 episodes each between 1986 and 1987.
Summary
The show took the form of a mixture of stand up impressions and sketches.
