Terry Wogan Looks Back At A Golden Age Of Comedy

Wogan’s Radio Fun, 1987

Wogan’s Radio Fun was a one off special broadcast in two parts in 1987, as part of the Wogan show.

The importance of comedy on the radio should never be underestimated.  Over many years it’s produced some of the best loved comedy of all time.  Hancock’s Half Hour, Round The Horne, The Navy Lark to name just a few.

Terry Wogan was one of Britain’s best loved radio presenters so it seemed fitting that he should host this tribute to a golden age of Radio Comedy.
