The Kevin Bishop Show

The Kevin Bishop Show, 2008

Kevin Bishop started his career in cult kids TV series Grange Hill, aged just 16.  He became a regular face popping up in film and TV for twelve years before finally appearing in his own show.

Initially Bishop had appeared in a sketch show as part of Channel 4’s Comedy Showcase.   The fast paced sketch show became a pilot for a full series after catching on because of it’s incredible pace the show ran 42 sketches in 23 minutes broadcast over a 30 minute, including ads, slot.

The Kevin Bishop Show ran for 2 series of 6 episodes each between 2008 and 2009.  It was nominated for a British Comedy award in 2008  for Best New Comedy.
