Living The Dream, 2017
It seems that writers are finding material in the idea of moving on and changing lifestyles. In September 2017 Jack Dee starred in a comedy about starting a new life in in the Countryside, November the same year and Philip Glenister is also abouit to start a new life but he gets to go to Florida.
Living The Dream is a Comedy Drama from Sky. It sees the Pemberton family swap country life in Yorkshire, England for sunnier climes in Florida USA.
To date one series of six episodes has aired with a second series currently showing on SKY one.
Summary
Mal, Jen and their two children swap rainy Yorkshire for a new life running a booming RV park in Florida, but it soon becomes clear that they aren’t going to be living the dream they had hoped for.
