The Larry Grayson Show, 1975

With all the recent activity around The Generation Game you might have noticed that most of the comparisons were with Bruce Forsyth and Jim Davidson, Larry Grayson seemed to have been forgotten.

The Larry Grayson Show ran for two series one in 1975 and the other in 1977.

As we told you in Shut That Door, Larry Grayson had been spotted in various ATV shows by Lew Grade who gave him his own shows, the first of which was Shut That Door.  Hot on it’s heels came The Larry Grayson Show.

Comedy and Sketches where Larry Grayson is joined by an all star cast.  Centre piece is an impressive stage set consisting of a large marble staircase,  as was usual for these st pieces at the time there was of course the traditional dry ice mist drifting around the bottom of the staircase.
