Honor Blackman Has Died, Aged 94
It has been reported in the last few hours that actress Honor Blackman has died at the age of 94.
A message from her family said: “It’s with great sadness that we have to announce the death of Honor Blackman aged 94.
“She died peacefully of natural causes at home in Lewes, Sussex surrounded by her family. She was much loved and will be greatly missed by her two adopted children Barnaby and Lottie, and her four grandchildren Daisy, Oscar, Olive and Toby.”
Honor Blackman will be perhaps be best remembered for her role as ace pilot Pussy Galore in the JamesBond film Goldfinger back in 1964.

Further back in 1962 she found fame as Cathy Gayle in the cult TV series The Avengers.

She also stole the show sending TV audiences into fits of laughter as Laura West in the hit TV sitcom The Upper Hand.
