Shine On Harvey Moon!

Shine On Harvey Moon! – 1982

From the writers of Birds Of A Feather, although at the time this show went out Birds Of A Feather hadn’t even hatched (sorry couldn’t resist).   However there are a couple of birds you may recognise in the cast.

The series initially produced by ATV ran for four series between 1982 and 1985 of twenty nine episodes.  In 1995, Meridian Television revived the show with a few changes most notably moving the time period forward ten years.  This ran for one series only of twelve episodes.

The name of the series is a wordplay on the title of the popular 1908 song “Shine on, Harvest Moon!”.
