Spitting Image, Christmas 2021

What now? The hunt for Spitting Image continues.

Spitting Image had been resurrected on streaming platform Brit Box. The series was a huge hit and so a second series was commissioned. For the second series viewers were treated to a Halloween and a Christmas Special.

The Christmas Special dropped onto Brit Box in early December 2021. It got an extra outing on ITV later that month.

Sadly it would be the last Spitting Image as ITV cancelled the show in August 2022. To make matters worse the revised and original versions were pulled from Brit Box and of course now with the demise of Network On Air there remain just the clips on You Tube.

Summary

All the regular characters line up for some festive satire, including a visit from the ghost of a prime-minister past and Boris the lying snowman.
