Brassic, 2019
Set in the North of England and starring Michelle Keegan, Brassic began airing in August of 2019 and became an instant hit with viewers.
The show has been praised for it’s depiction of mental health, with one of the lead characters Vinnie (Joe Gilgun) battling against bipolar disorder.
To date the series is still running with series 3 currently airing on Sky Max.
Summary
The series follows the lives of Vinnie and his five friends as they live their lives in their northern town of Hawley, finding unconventional ways to keep money in their pockets, but as they get older some of them start to wonder if there’s more to life away from the town.
