Count Arthur Strong (The TV Series, 2013)
Count Arthur Strong is the BBC TV sitcom adapted from the BBC Radio 4 sitcom Count Arthur Strong’s Radio Show!. This TV version made it’s debut on BBC 2 in 2013, before transferring to BBC1 in 2015. To date the show has ran for two series. A third series comissioned for 2016 doesn’t seem to appear in schedules.
Summary
Delusional show business character: Count Arthur Strong is a pompous, out-of-work actor from Doncaster.
Recruiting the scholarly son of his former comedy partner, he attempts to recount his life story.
