Grown Ups was a British sitcom that aired on the BBC’s digital channel for three series between 2006 and 2009, managing twenty two episodes along the way.

The series got of to a good start as episode one became number eight in the top ten most watched shows on BBC Three that week.  It would make one more entry  in the first series at number nine two weeks later.

Series two displayed more adult humour, including more intense sexual references.  Again it made the top ten for the most watched BBC Three shows of the week when the first two episodes (aired back to back) made number eight and nine respectively.

Summary

It follows the trials and tribulations of a group of twenty-something friends in Manchester, facing the decision to either settle down or carrying on partying.
