Men Of Property was the final episode in the popular sitcom’s 5th series.
Series five was the first to be produced in colour but today sadly only a black and white copy still exists in the archive.
Summary
When the Steptoes receive a letter advising them their 99 year lease has expired, Harold is shocked to find out that they don’t actually own their house.
They will have to borrow £750 to buy the property. They hatch a scheme to schmooze the local bank manager for the loan, as you’d expect things don’t go to plan.
