UKTV Release Transmission Dates For Dad’s Army Re-make
Much has been said about the idea of re-making Dad’s Army even if it is recreating missing episodes, but now viewers will have the chance to make their own minds up as UKTV have announced the dates.
Kevin Mc Nally will lead an all star cast in the recreation of the three missing Dad’s Army episodes. Exclusive to UKTV Gold the first episode will go out at 8pm Sunday 25th August, subsequent episodes will be broadcast Monday 26th and Tuesday 27th August. The dates of course tie in as fifty years since they were last seen on TV.
