Outnumbered to return?

Outnumbered could return to our screens for a one-off special as early as next year according to to creator Andy Hamilton.

The comedian and writer has said that he and his co-creator Guy Jenkin do have plans for an Outnumbered special to catch up with what the Brockman family did next – although he’d rather not have it run as a Christmas special.

“We hope to visit the family for a kind of one-off,” Hamilton told Fubar Radio according to The Sun. “Me and Guy, on our wall, in our office, we have a list of ideas we are trying to work out.

However it won’t be a Christmas special as they feel they’ve done that and that the show seems to get lost in a big gap of festive programs.  The writers have indicated they would prefer to do it somewhere else in the year, but it’s all just a discssion at present.
