Comic Relief
Way back in July of 1985, a British charity, founded by comedy scriptwriter Richard Curtis and comedian Lenny Henry in response to famine in Ethiopia was set up.
The charity is almost forty years old, in that time it has split the money it’s raised between good causes in third world countries and here at home in the UK. For more on the charity’s work visit the official website.
